You can view select lab results; manage your appointments; send secure messages to your care team and view your medications. You can also download your confidential medical record as well as electronically share your record with another medical professional of your choice.
To access this service, you will provide our registration team with your email address. After receiving an invitation, your email will direct you to step-by-step instructions for setting up access to your personal record.
