We are here to help. We want to provide you with the best possible healthcare in a caring and comfortable environment at Mon Health Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital. If we fall short of your expectations, or you are concerned about your care, please contact the Nursing Supervisor or the Quality Department at 304-269-8533. You have the right to express any concerns you may have when the healthcare we provide fails to meet your expectations by calling our Patient Relations Team. We want and need your feedback, comments, and questions, so that we can improve for you and future patients. After you speak with us, we will work to address your concerns or questions. Remember, enhancing the health of the communities we serve, one person at a time is our mission.

If you are still dissatisfied with the situation, you may contact the Compliance Officer at anytime at 304-598-1571 or the Compliance Hotline at 1-844-536-2373. You may also ask to talk to a representative of the hospital administration. If you are still dissatisfied, you may contact DNV Healthcare, the hospital's accreditation organization.
